A delightful pair of Staffordshire Bird inkwells.
Our Staffordshire potters
produced animals of all shapes and sizes
and some of the most beautiful were of birds.
This little pair are georgeous,
they are wonderfully decorated
in a lovely range of enamel colours,
cobalt blue and delicate gilding.
A lovely pair.
As colourful as you will find.
In excellent condition,
A tiny bit of flaking
and with no restoration.
