The great Hungarian Statesman.
Kossuth was a Hungarian nobleman,
Lawyer, Journalist, Politician,
Statesman and governor-president
of Hungary.
He visited England in 1851
and was very well received,
after visiting America in 1852
resided in England.
He retired from politics in 1867
after Hungary achieved
its independance from Austria.
This is a superb example,
modelling, colouring, gilding
are all top drawer for this figure.
In very good condition,
unrestored break to the tip of his left foot
and a small chip to the back of the base
