A Staffordshir figure of Napoleon Bonaparte - circa 1850

A superb example of the great Frenchman.

Commander in Chief, First Consul, Emperor.
There were many figures made of Napoleon.
After he met his "Waterloo" in 1815
he was banished to St.Helena
where he died in 1821.
His body was brought back to Paris in 1840,
when it is thought most figures were made

This excellent and rare figure
is a fantastic example of this large version.
It is very fine in every way,
a better example you will not find.

This figure is in excellent condition
with no damage and no restoration.

Height: 11.5 inches
